Our commitment

Homies is built for people navigating an unfamiliar country — accessibility is core to that mission. We aim to conform to the Israeli accessibility standard (IS 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA) across the application.

What we've done

• Semantic structure, labeled controls and keyboard-reachable actions.
• High-contrast text on all surfaces and scalable, responsive layout.
• Independent automated audits (Lighthouse accessibility score 98/100 as of July 2026).
• The interface is being prepared for full Hebrew (right-to-left) support.

Known limitations

Homies is an evolving demo; some newer screens have not yet had a full manual audit with assistive technology.
